Delivery Information
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
All deliveries are made via our third party national carriers.
*Discounts are not included when calculating your delivery threshold.
All time frames are dependent on orders being placed before 2pm on a working day. Your order will be processed once payment or available credit has cleared.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Next day delivery is available for in-stock items to UK mainland postcodes only. Check the map to confirm your postcode is covered.
Items on back order
Sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock. However, you can still order it, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date at checkout. If your basket contains a mix of in-stock and back-ordered items, we may split your order into multiple deliveries, so you get what is available straight away. Where we have a suitable alternative in stock, you will also have the option to swap back-ordered items for faster delivery.
